Saturday March 21st @ 10a - Breathwork Journey with Ashley Maas | Join us for a guided breathwork session with certified facilitator Ashley Maas. This 60-minute practice will begin with a brief introduction and explanation of what to expect. We will then move through 30 minutes of three part breathing, using headphones and eye masks to create a distraction free experience. The session will conclude with time for reflection and sharing.
Ashley incorporates movement, tapping, affirmations, and aromatherapy to help deepen your connection to your senses.
