Founder of Apple on Tree Yoga
LMT, CYT, Level II Reiki Practitioner, Holistic Health Coach
Hello, my name is Danielle. I specialize in blending ancient Ayurvedic wisdom with modern science to support optimal health and well-being. My work focuses on breath, movement, gut health, hormone balance, and the body’s natural rhythms to promote healing, longevity, and vitality. I believe our breath, movement, connection with nature, relationships, thoughts and beliefs profoundly shape our nervous system, immune function, and emotional well-being. By integrating conscious breathing, movement, meditation, nutrition, and manual therapy, we create a holistic foundation for our health.
My mission is to revive these long-lost healing practices within my community, rebuilding connection by bridging generational gaps, and fostering a stronger, healthier community. Through yoga, massage, breathwork, and meaningful connections, I offer a heart-centered approach to well-being—where healing becomes a way of life.

Brooke has been practicing yoga for more than a decade. As a busy working mom, it is her solace from the hustle and bustle of everyday life. Brooke was certified to teach yoga in April of 2021 at Yogi Hari’s Ashram in Florida. The 2-week, 200-hour teacher training course was an immersive experience where Brooke learned the values of a yogi, trained vigorously in the proper technique of asanas, and focused on proper breathing, exercise, diet, relaxation and positive thinking. These aspects make up the traditional Hatha yoga style and provide energy, calmness and overall well-being. Brooke enjoys anything outdoorsy and spends most free time hiking, camping, gardening, cooking, and exploring with her children. Yoga keeps Brooke centered, motivated and self aware. She teaches Flow class on Fridays at 8 a.m. where she hopes to pass along these same benefits to others.
