Brooke has been practicing yoga for more than a decade. As a busy working mom, it is her solace from the hustle and bustle of everyday life. Brooke was certified to teach yoga in April of 2021 at Yogi Hari’s Ashram in Florida. The 2-week, 200-hour teacher training course was an immersive experience where Brooke learned the values of a yogi, trained vigorously in the proper technique of asanas, and focused on proper breathing, exercise, diet, relaxation and positive thinking. These aspects make up the traditional Hatha yoga style and provide energy, calmness and overall well-being. Brooke enjoys anything outdoorsy and spends most free time hiking, camping, gardening, cooking, and exploring with her children. Yoga keeps Brooke centered, motivated and self aware. She teaches Flow class on Fridays at 8 a.m. where she hopes to pass along these same benefits to others.
BSN, RN, RYT 200:
Katie started teaching yoga out of a longing to help others more on a physical level. Educating students on the correct alignment for poses to experience the best benefit without creating strain on joints. Her teaching and passion has only grown from there. She now whole heartedly believes in the power of yoga to awaken each of us to a greater sense of purpose, living with intention and mindfulness. It is all how we perceive our lives and when we learn how to shift that mindset to work for us, rather than against us beautiful things start to happen!
Katie has a loving and supportive family that includes her husband and three kids! She enjoys looking at the world in new eyes trying to see things as if it was for the first time. She is grateful for all God has given her and cannot wait to use her gifts at AOT!

Heather started practicing yoga in 2017 as a graduate student, doing her best to balance work, school, an internship, and then some. Yoga greatly influenced her desire to find balance, on and off her mat, and complements her passion for self-love. Heather sees challenges as opportunities for growth, and strives to find joy and fulfillment in the everyday. One of Heather’s many mantras is “everyday is your day.” Each day we have the opportunity celebrate ourselves; where we are now, or the journey we’re on. The love you create within will radiate to others! As an instructor, Heather will support you through your practice, helping you find balance between exploring your edge and accepting where you are today with love.
Heather will be teaching Flow on Thursday Nights!
